Q Can I order from anywhere in the world ?

Showerail ships throughout the UK & most items to Ireland, US, Canada
& Australia. Non UK customers please go here

Q How quickly will I get my order ?
A
Items in the online shop are in
stock & ready to ship - we dispatch most orders within 1 working day. (Debit
cards tend to clear faster than credit cards.) Delivery time depends on where
you live & item ordered. For more info re holiday posting dates please see the helpdesk
Q Can I put a post office box number for my address ?
A
Orders to P.O Boxes are not accepted. BFPO addresses in Europe & A/FPO to the
US are ok. Delivery to a workplace address is fine (enter this on the 'delivery
address details' page) but you must enter the cardholders physical home address when
entering the information on the secure server at WorldPay.
Q What happens to my credit card number when I place it on the Internet?
A
When you enter your credit card information the characters you typed in are immediately scrambled or
encrypted by the secure server at WorldPay. At no time is your credit card
number e-mailed to Showerail.
Q How do I know if I have a 'secure' connection.
A To verify your secure connection
when you make your payment at the Worldpay
secure server, look for a gold key or padlock
on your screen. This is normally displayed as a broken key or open padlock. When you are viewing a secure page the key changes to a solid gold key or the padlock snaps shut confirming a secure connection. You will also notice that the address line in your browser window changes from http:/www. to https:/.

Q What visitor information does Showerail collect? How is it used?
A Showerail receives information from WorldPay (the payment processor) that is essential to process your order - eg: Name, contact &
product/delivery details and e-mail address.
In order to improve our service we collect
general information regarding visitors to the
site ie: numbers of visitors, browser type, what
screen resolution is used. This information is
not specific to an individual & Showerail
does not use the information to identify any particular
visitor.
We are not in the business of spamming people or of selling information on to third
parties and do not intend to bombard you with unwanted information. For more

Q What if I don't like what I've bought ?
A Hopefully you won't need to be returning anything bought from Showerail - if you do, then it's no problem. Just send it back undamaged
& unused with its packing & we will arrange a refund. See the helpdesk
for more info on returns.
Q My dog chewed the return slip - what can I do ?
A Print another one off direct from this site & buy the dog a bone!
