Shipping Charges
In the UK - we only deliver to the uk card holder address
or a workplace with a landline telephone number -
this is a flat rate of £2.94 for any number of items
delivered to UK addresses including Northern Ireland, Scottish
Highlands & Islands,
Channel Islands, & BPFO.
If selecting a workplace delivery address, please be sure to enter your own card
address and enter your secret Pin when finally checking out via the bank at WorldPay

In Stock & Delivery
Items displayed for sale in the online shop are in stock – if
unavailable a message is displayed on the product page saying ‘out of
stock’ Stock availability is updated automatically 24/7. We often have
much larger quantities than indicated, so if you are a trade customer
it is worth emailing if you need more & would also like a discount for 10+
curtains
We make every effort to ensure speedy dispatch of orders - normally the same or next working
day via First Class post. Debit cards tend to get cleared
quicker than credit cards. Public

Please be aware that after we have dispatched,
delivery dates/times are not
guaranteed - most orders are sent via Royal Mail & reach their
UK
destination within 2 working days. Heavy & large orders may be sent via
courier & it is essential for us to have a phone number.
Allow around 10 working days for orders to reach other international
destinations
Customers supplying a valid e-mail address will be notified when the

has been shipped.
If you would like delivery to a workplace (UK only) please enter this

Returns
All products come with a 14 day returns guarantee. (Customers
outside the UK, please see this link before ordering)
If your order is unsuitable please send it back within 14 days
of receipt
& we will refund. The dispatch note should be enclosed
& customers are reminded that they have a duty of care to return goods in
the same condition as when received eg: not unfolded, in A1 condition and with their original packaging. Your payment will be
repaid as soon as possible.
Return postage is not refunded.
If any item is damaged in transit, you think it is faulty on first
inspection,
or the wrong item has been dispatched, please let us know
in writing via email immediately and we will advise what to do next including
returning the item & refund of postage costs

Security
When you pay by credit or debit card, the details you enter online are
encrypted
via a secure server at WorldPay - one of the largest online payment
processors
in the world, so your data is
very highly protected..
When you have selected the items you want to buy, you are asked to
complete your name & delivery address. At the next
stage, where card details are requested, you enter the WorldPay Secure
Server which uses TCP/IP encryption protocol to 128 bit SSL. (in other
words - very secure !)
You will be asked to enter your card details and if your own bank have
internet 'chip & pin' enabled, you
should enter your private number via a pop up window provided by your
own bank.
Showerail does not see or handle this information from your card All information asked for at this point is encrypted before
being
sent across the internet. WorldPay validate your card details then
transfer the funds.
Please give a valid e-mail address to receive digital receipts
confirming the transaction.
