How to order
At the shop entrance, select a currency that you would like to view our prices in (click OK)
Select your country if outside UK (click OK) Browse the shop until you find something you like - click
the picture to enlarge and see more information.
It's easy to order online using your
debit or credit card
- add whatever you'd like to buy to the shopping basket and follow the easy instructions on screen to pay via a secure connection. All major debit & credit cards are accepted including :
Maestro (Switch) Delta,
Solo, Electron,Eurocard and all credit and debit cards carrying the Visa or Mastercard
logos.

Prices
All prices are displayed on the product pages. Apart from shipping there are no other
charges payable to Showerail.
Shipping Charges
There is a standard charge of £2.95 for postage & packing for any number of items
ordered to UK addresses including Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands,
Channel Islands & BPFO
For some items going to Channel Islands, you are asked to contact us
first for shipping charges - these are identified in the shop.
For International customers postage is charged per item by weight - please visit
our International
HelpDesk before making your online purchase.
Delivery
All items displayed in the online shop are in stock. When stocks
are limited or low, a message displaying the number available will appear on the product
page. Stock availability is updated automatically 24/7
We make every effort to ensure speedy dispatch of orders - normally same or next
working day.
(debit cards tend to get cleared quicker than credit cards) Holiday

Please be aware that once we have dispatched, delivery dates/times are not
guaranteed - most orders are sent via Royal Mail & reach their UK
destination within 1/2 working days. Heavy & larger items
may take slightly longer. A telephone number for larger orders is needed, so it
speeds things up if entered when checking out.
Allow around 10 working days for orders to reach other international
destinations
Customers supplying a valid e-mail address will be notified when the order
has been shipped.
If you would like delivery to a workplace (UK only) please enter this
address on checking out before reaching the secure server at WorldPay. You must however provide the full physical address of the
card holder, including a daytime telephone number, when completing the card
details at WorldPay. Failure to do this can hold up dispatch while further
checks are made.
Apart from APO/BFPO addresses, No PO box numbers or mail forwarding
boxes/addresses are allowed. International customers - please visit

Returns
All products come with a 14 day returns guarantee. (International
customers

here before ordering)
If your order
is unsuitable, just return within 14 days of receipt, for a refund.
The
dispatch note must be enclosed & we ask that goods be in A1 unused condition
with their original packaging. Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible
after we have received the item/s
back. The UK delivery charge of 2.95 is not refunded.
If any item is damaged in transit or you think it is faulty on first inspection
please let us know in writing via email immediately.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
Security
At Showerail, we want you to shop with confidence. When you pay by credit or debit card, the details you enter are encrypted
via a secure server at WorldPay which is part
of the second biggest bank in Europe - Royal Bank of Scotland, so your data is
very highly protected..
When you have selected the items you want to buy, you are asked to complete your name & delivery address. At the next
stage, where card details are requested, you enter the WorldPay Secure Server which uses TCP/IP encryption protocol to 128 bit SSL. (in other words - very secure !)
You will be asked to enter your card details and if your own bank have internet 'chip & pin' enabled, you will be able to enter your private number via a pop up window provided by your own bank.
This is advisable but not compulsory. Showerail does not see or handle any information from your card other than the name & address which is necessary for delivering your order. All information asked for at this point is encrypted before being
sent across the internet. WorldPay validate your card details then transfer the funds. If you give a valid e-mail address, you will receive a digital receipt from WorldPay confirming the transaction.

Complaints
We hope you will have no cause to complain, however if you do, please

We will acknowledge your complaint within 7
working days and will do our best to
resolve your problem as quickly and as efficiently as possible. We promise, at
all times to keep you informed of the progress and likely time for resolution of
your problem.

Order Acceptance
The sale of Showerail.com products will not be considered complete until we have accepted your offer to purchase them.
The title of all goods remains the property of Showerail until the goods have been paid for in full and funds have cleared.

Conditions of Service
You have a right to withdraw from a contract
- provided that unwanted products are returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of
receipt, customers will be reimbursed for the
item price paid.

The contracts for the sale of goods by Showerail shall be subject to, and interpreted in accordance with English law.
