Step by Step Shopping at Showerail
- Browse the Shop
- Go to the shop front by clicking on any store or shop link. Occasionally the shop is busy so you might get a 'not found' message on your screen - just press 'refresh' or come back a little later. If you have disabled 'cookies', you will need to switch them on again to shop.
- Select currency if you wish to see how much you will be paying. (don't forget to press OK button) Default is £ sterling.
- Select a shipping option. Default is UK . Non UK customers please go here first. We not ship elsewhere at present.
- Click on the link for the part of the shop you want to visit - eg : accessories or shower curtains or use the search box by typing in your key words and pressing OK If you do not press ok button, you will get no results. Tip - don't put " " around words eg: to find blue shower curtains type the word blue & click OK button. You can also type in part of the name of a shower curtain eg Wavy. Click 'Add to Basket' button & blue 'Tally'' will appear
Each time you add something to the basket the blue 'tally' appears and it will update your purchases automatically
Any time you want to check/amend your basket or check how much shipping is added, click the link on the blue 'tally'.
- You can amend the quantity in this screen or delete items. Don't forget to press the grey 'Update' button afterwards.

- Make sure you select the correct shipping dispatch box - UK is automatic (charge is £2.95) US, Canada Ireland or Australia customers must select & press OK or it won't change !
Ready to Pay ?- Ready to pay? press 'Make Order' button
A confirmation screen appears where you can type your delivery address. There is a box called 'Shopper Reference' leave it blank unless you want to send Showerail a message or you want to remember what your order was for.
The delivery address can be to your workplace, however please make sure that you also supply your card address when making payment at the next stage
- If you decide to go back into the shop after pressing the 'make order' button, please use the link provided. Don't use your browser back button or the shopping basket might empty itself.
- Click 'Go to Checkout' button which takes you to the secure server at WorldPay. This may take a minute or so - please be patient & don't press any buttons until you land there !
- Enter details on WorldPay - if you have used them before, just enter password. You must enter the card holders home address here - even if you want delivery to go somewhere else. Please include an e-mail address or you will not receive the auto generated receipt. It is also helpful in case there is a query & we can also notify you when your order has been shipped. Click once to send
- All major credit & debit cards (not American Express/Diners) including Visa purchasing are accepted.
- A
confirmation screen appears detailing your order - you can view a copy of your shopping basket by pressing the link on this page.
- If there has been any problem with the payment, an error screen will appear advising you what to do next.
After Payment- An automatic receipt is sent to you within approx 1 hour confirming your purchase - if you need a VAT receipt, please let us know & we will e-mail separately.
- Order Tracking. Orders are normally dispatched within1/2 working days (Please see the Helpdesk for times when we are closed) & you will be e-mailed to advise that your parcel is on its way. The order tracking facility can be accessed by cutting & pasting your whole order confirmation number into the box eg: showerail-00000-20030123191028
- Wait excitedly for your delivery.
Trade customers are advised that discounts need to be agreed in advance.
